The Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation, Inc. conducted an Employee Development Seminar and Lecture Series last May 21, 2025 at the VMUF Event Center.

In the said seminar, Atty. Joseph Noel Estrada expounded on the Safe Space Act and Sexual Harassment. He compared the two as he cited actual case illustrations.

Atty. Estrada also explained the elements of Cyber Crime and Bullying.

Meanwhile Dr. Ma. Lilia P. Juan, VMUF President welcomed the participants which include VMUF employees as well as delegates from private schools who belong to the APSCU Metro San Carlos.

Representatives from the participants asked questions to Atty. Estrada after the lecture in an open forum.

Dr. Angelo B. Juan, VMUF VP for Administration gave the Closing Remarks. He expressed his gratitude for Atty. Estrada for coming and sharing his expertise. He also thank the participants in the said event.
