Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation, Inc. (VMUF), through its Research, Innovation, and Community Extension Office, in partnership with the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs and the Human Resource and Development Office, successfully conducted the seminar “Writing Research Papers for High-Indexed Journals and Identifying Journals for Publication” last August 12, 2025, at the Carlos P. Garcia Hall, Medicine Building.

The session was led by Dr. Analita G. Gonzales, PhD (NEd), Program Coordinator of the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Tabuk, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who shared her expertise on crafting high-quality research papers and selecting reputable, high-indexed journals for publication. The activity engaged faculty, researchers, and students in practical strategies to enhance their research productivity, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals on quality education and global partnerships, and stood as a testament to VMUF’s dedication to fostering academic excellence and research impact.
